		that the cheque issued towards premium was
		dishonored and therefore, liability ought not to
		have been fastened on Insurance Company in
		view of non-payment of premium.

		counsel for the appellant, there shall be stay of
		the order and decree dated 12.03.2024 passed
		in M.V.O.P.No.1141 of 2017 on the file of the
		Court of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal
		cum-X<br>Additional<br>Chief<br>Judge,<br>City<br>Civil
		Courts at Hyderabad as prayed for subject to
		the petitioner depositing 25% of the Award
