THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B.CHANDRA KUMAR W.P.No.9822 of 2010
ORDER: (Per AM,J)
The petitioners have filed the present writ petition being aggrieved by the interim order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.2109 of 2010 dated 19.04.2010, vide which, memo dated 23.03.2010 issued by the first petitioner was suspended.
Learned counsel appearing for both the parties represented that as the O.A. is still pending before the Tribunal, a direction to dispose of the same expeditiously would sufficient enough to redress their grievance.
After hearing the learned counsel appearing for both the parties, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Tribunal to dispose of O.A.No.2109 of 2010 pending on its file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear that nothing stated in the impugned order dated 19.04.2010 in O.A.No.2109 of 2010 shall be taken into consideration while disposing of the O.A. The parties are directed to maintain status quo during pendency of the O.A.
In consequence, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed. No costs.
