WRIT PETITION No.28418 of 2013
ORDER:
Sri Kambhapati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the 1 st respondent, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the 2 nd respondent; and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra and Rayalaseema Areas) appearing for respondents 3 and 4 would agree that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P. No.16063 of 2013 dated 07.06.2013.
Following the said order and in terms thereof, and in accordance with Rule 9-Q of the A.P. Minor Minerals Concessional Rules, 1966 as notified in G.O.Ms. No.154 dated 15.11.2012, the respondents are directed to release the subject vehicles to the petitioners subject to their filing proof of ownership documents and executing a bond that the said vehicles would be produced as and when directed by the concerned authority or by the Magistrate concerned.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
