Labour Court, Hyderabad in ID No. 25 of 2017 titled as "Jeyapaul Jesudasan vs Management of Operation Mobilisation India & Anr"., pending disposal of WP 32775 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A SRINIVASULU, Advocate for the Petitioners, the Court made the following;

Notice returnable in four (4) weeks.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned award, dated 10.07.2023, in I.D.No.25 of 2017 passed by the learned Additional Industrial Tribunal - cum - Additional Labour Court, Hyderabad, subject to petitioners depositing 50% of the compensation amount.
