Since the issue raised in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are taken up for hearing together and being disposed of by this common order.

Heard Sri Chikkudu Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Services_I for the respondents.

l,earned cotrnsel for the petitioner submits that all the petitioners are Post Graduates in concerned subjects and have participated in an interview conducted by the Expert Committee of the respondent and thereafter they were appointed as Junior Lecturer in their respective subjects, on 02.og.2011, 05. 11.201r, 22.O7.2013, 02.og.20Il and O2.O9.2OI1 respectively, against the sanctioned posts, by following Rule of Reservation in the respondent Department and since then the petitioners are discharging their duties till date. Telangana has taken up a policy for regularization of services of the contract employees urde G.O.Ms.No.16, Finance (HRM) Department, dated 26.02.2016, duly amending Telangana Public Employment (Regularization of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalization of Staff Pattern and Puy Structure), Act, 1994 and issued guidelines for regularization of contract employees. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioners have fulfilled all the conditions and guidelines enumerated in G.O.Ms.No.16, dated 26.02.2016 and therefore entitled for regularization. It is further submitted that based on the oral representations of the petitioners, the third respondent has also recommended the case of the petitioners to the second respondent by way of sending proposal for regularization of services of 15 left over contract lecturers working in Government Polytechnic Colleges and the sarne are pending consideration before the second respondent. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed this Court to direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the recommendation made by respondent No.3.

$4.$ The learned Government Pleader for Services-I has submitted that necessary orders will be passed by respondent No.2, pursuant to the recommendations made by respondent No.3, in accordance with law.
- In view of the submissions made by the respective counsel and without going into the merits of the case, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the proposal sent by respondent No.3 vide letter dated 01.08.2023, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
