Metropolitan Session Judge, Hyderabad by allowing Criminal Revision Case as prayed for in the interest ofjustice;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and ntemorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri KHAJA MOINUDDIN Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL REVISION CASE should not be admitted.
