Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased please to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by setting aside impugned proceedings No. APGVB/Per and HRDI 108812024-2025 Dt.2211012024 issued by the Respondents as illegal arbitrary and un-constitutional and consequently direct the Respondent to allow the Petitioner for further selection process and to consider his appointment as per his performance in personal hearing along with others pending disposal of the main Writ Pe{ition in the interest of the Justice;

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in ilre affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to dnect the Respondent to allow the Petitioner for further selection process and to consider his appointment as per his performance in personal hearing along with others in the interest of the Justice, pending disposal of WP.No.30353 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.

Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, leamed Deputy Solicitor General takes notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and waives further notice.
