WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate NAYAKAWADI RAMESH presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS by declaring the impugned Proc.Rc.SRVSlSM3/7575/2O24-SER dated 11.1O.2024 wherein rejecting the claim of the petitioner for retain/ retention of his services at ASR (Field) Nampally, ^OI o. DRCS, Golkonda of Hyderabad District (or) to consider in existing vacancy at ASR (Field), Musheerabad, O/o. DRCS, Golkonda of Hyderabad District which is vacant as on today is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and set aside the same with a consequential direction to the respondents consider the claim of the

petitioner for posting at ASR (Field), Musheerabad, O/o. DRCS, Golkonda of Hyderabad District in the existing vacancy

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri NAYAKAWADI RAMESH, Advocate for the Petitioner, Government Pleader for Services-Il takes notice on lrchalf of respondent Nos.l to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
