WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Kambalapalli Sravan Kumar Reddy presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to the Respondents by declaring action of the Respondents herein for making the changes and transfer of the lands on the name of unofficial Respondents i.e., Respondent No. 5 and 6 in survey numbers i.e., Sy No 163/E admeasuring an extent of Ac 0.04gts, Sy No 165/E admeasuring an extent of Ac 0.09gts, Sy. No 166/A1 admeasuring an extent of Ac 0.06gts, Sy No 166/A2 admeasuring an extent of Ac 0.07gts, Sy No 166/AA admeasuring an extent of Ac 0.13gts, and Sy No 166/E admeasuring an extent of Ac 0.13gts, the total extent of Ac 1.12 gts situated at Medipelli village, Moinabad Mandal, Chevella Revenue Division, Ranga Reddy District which is illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional Under Art 14,21 and 300-A of the constitution of India R/w Pattedar Pass Book Act and against the natural law of justice and completely in violation of principles of natural justice. consequentially direct the respondents to conduct the inquiry and not to allow any sale transactions in the said agricultural lands in above said survey numbers without notice to the petitioners in accordance with the procedure contemplated under the act;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri KAMBALAPALLI SRAVAN KUMAR REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
