HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI

CONTEMPT CASE No.1645 of 2022

O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed seeking the following relief:

" …to Punish the respondent for willful violation and disobedience of orders of this Honble Court passed in W P NO 28011 of 2022 dated 6-7-2022 passed by Her Lordship Smt Justice Lalitha Kanneganti and pass..."

2 There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This Court on 06.07.2022 has passed an order recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the complaint given by the petitioner attracts the offences of non-cognizable in nature and hence, they made a requisition to the Magistrate concerned and they are waiting for the permission from the Magistrate and once permission is received, they will take appropriate action in accordance with law.

  1. It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner went to the Police Station and requested the respondent but no action has been taken.

  2. Sri Mohd. Abdul Mateen Qureshi, Learned Assistant Government Pleade r for Home submits that they have addressed a letter as long back as on 26.06.2022 that is to the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Zaheerabad. It is stated that in the said court there is no officer, they could not obtain the permission. It is submitted that there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court.

  3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
