WHEREAS the petitioner has presented the Contempt Case under Sections 10 to l2 of the Contenpt of Courts Act, 1971 , through his counsel M/s. .Khaja Moinuddin, praying the High Coufl to punish the respondent for wilful violation and disobedience of the orders passed in W.P. No. 28011 of 2022, dated 06-07-2022;

AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments ol M/s. Khaja Moinuddin, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case sllould not be admitted;
