ORDER:

"This Court on 24-01-2023 has passed orders stating that if the appr'olpriate action is not initiatcd or the relevant order is not placed before this Court, the Commissioner of Police shall appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.

'l oday, neither the suitable orders were passed nor the Commissioner of Police has appeared before this Court. It appears that the Commissioner has no respect to the orders ol the Court. When the contempt is filed before this Court, he is taking the same very casually that is what the approach of the Commissioner appears to be,

Post on 10-02-2023, finally. If appropriate orders are not passed by the next date of hearing, the Commissioner of Police shall be present before this Court."
