On 23-36-2022 when this Civil Revision Petition was called, there was no representation from the petitioner. Again on 29-06-2022 also there was no representation inspite of keeping the file aside till afternoon. Even today also there is no representation from the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecu ion. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed
