Learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court vide order dated 15.06.2023 had only suspended the impugned order issued to the petitioner vide letter dated 19.06.2O2O and no consequential benefrts were given to the pettioner.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner requested to consider his experience certificate, but the same was rejected by the respondents and the interim order was only suspending the order of rejection and not the direction to consider the petitioner's experience certificate, there is no willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, therefore, the petitioner is directed to pursue the writ petition.
$5.$ In view of the above, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
