Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay the operation of the order dated 25/11/2019 in Arb.O.P.No.89 of 2019 on the file of XXVI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, pending disposal of CRP No.3015 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER

There shall be interim stay as prayed for, since prima facie in the light of the admission of the respondent that it is due to make payments to the petitioners, the interim order in the nature of mandatory injunction could not have been granted by the Court below.
