ORDER:

Challenging the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 on the complaint of the petitioner dt. 25.06.2004 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil disputes and harass the petitioner as illegal and high handed, the present writ petition is filed.

None appeared for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this court by the learned Government Pleader for home on instructions stated that no complaint is received from the petitioner and that the respondents are not interfering with the civil disputes.

Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, I feel it appropriate to close the writ petition by recording the submission that the respondents are not interfering with the civil disputes.

In view of the above, no further orders are required in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
