Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents not to deduct or effect the recovery of the amounts towards Employees Coal Mines Provident Fund from out of the amounts payable to petitioner towards 4WD Camper Jeep service charges by the company, pending disposal of WP.No.31982 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Gourt that, in similar circumstances, this Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 25.06.2021 in W.P.No.14252 ot 2021 that any deductions shall be subject to the result of the said Writ Petition.

Since petitioner is similarly placed and for reasons alike as stated therein, there shall be interim direction as stated in W.P.No.14252 ot 202'l dt.25.06.2021.
