ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw M.V.O.P.No.538 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna at Vijayawada, and transfer the same to the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal – cum – I Additional District Judge, Warangal.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
