No. 582 of 2017 on the file tire III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Na,mpally at Hyderabad, Pending disposal of CRLP No. 9479 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The Court made the following ORDER:

Both the applications are filed to permit the de facta complainant to compound the offences and record the compromise and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.582 of 2017 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad, as they have settled the disputes amicably.

Learned counsel for both the parties would submit that cluring pendency of the present Criminal Petition, accused Nos.l to 4 and defacto complainanthave arrived at an amic:rble settlement.

In view of the above, accused No.l to 4 and respondent No.2 along with their respective learned counsel shall appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, l{igh Court for the State of Telangana, High Court Compound, Hyderabad, on 30.09.2023, for identification. Thereupon, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Comrnittee, shall identify the parties with their respective Aadhaar Cards and submit a rcport on 0r before 05.10.2023.
