When the matter had come up on 26.02.2013, none appeared for the appellant, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, learned counsel for the appellant is seeking further time. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting his case.
