THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY
CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3758 OF 2018
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 03.05.2018 passed in I.A.No.225 of 2018 in O.S.No.344 of 2014 on the file of IV Junior Civil Judge, City, Civil Court, Hyderabad.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
