ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V.V.S.Rao)
The writ petition is filed by a dealer registered under the Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act, 1957, on the rolls of the respondent seeking a direction to give effect to the order of the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal in T.A.No.1625 of 1999 and batch, dated 17.02.2007.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal was given effect to, and nothing survives in the writ petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
