JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar)
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.Dushyanth Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that since the appellant-wife filed an application for child custody and also an application for divorce in United States of America, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
