		Learned Special Government Pleader
		submits<br>that<br>the<br>learned<br>Single<br>Judge
		ought to have appreciated that the claim of
		the<br>writ<br>petitioner<br>was<br>based<br>on
		unregistered sale deed dated 11.11.1949,
		which was got validated after the payment
		of stamp duty. It is further submitted that
		the memo dated 09.01.1985 was neither
		challenged by the petitioner nor his father
		and it is also pointed out that the writ
		petitioner was never in possession of the
		property<br>in<br>question<br>and<br>the<br>State
		Government was impleaded for the first
		time only in the year 2022. It is also urged
		that learned Single Judge ought to have
		appreciated that disputed questions of fact

were involved which do not have been gone
into in a proceeding under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India.
The writ appeal is therefore admitted
for hearing.
Mr. E.Anisha Reddy, learned counsel
accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent
prays for and is granted two (02) weeks'
time to enable him to file objections to
I.A.No.2 of 2023.

In the meanwhile, the operation and
effect<br>of<br>directions<br>contained<br>in<br>the
impugned order dated 31.03.2023 passed
in W.P.No.7473 of 2014 by the learned
Single Judge shall remain stayed.
