Learned counsel for the respondent-workman brought it to the notice of the Court that his client expired quite a long time ago.

Despite the matter being adjourned on several occasions, no steps have been taken by the petitioners to implead the legal representatives of the deceased workman. The writ petition therefore cannot be adjudicated on merits and it is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
