ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus to declare the proceedings No.F/304/2006 dated 1.6.2006 issued by the 2 nd respondent as arbitrary and illegal.

Under the impugned proceedings, the authorization of the petitioner for the fair price shop of Gaddrial village, Gandeed Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was suspended pending further enquiry into the matter. It seems that the petitioner has already filed a statutory appeal, available under Law, before the 1 st respondent and the same is pending.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1 st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal purported to have been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned proceedings, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Writ petiton is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
