Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in insisting the petitioners to possess EPF Code Number as a pre-condition for issuing the tender schedules for various categories of works in the 1st respondent corporation as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the respondents to issue the schedules to the petitioners without insisting to possess the EPF Code Number.
