WHEREAS the petitioner has presented the Contempt Case under Sections l0 to ¹² of the Contempt of Courts Act, 19'71, through his counsel Sri G.Raman Goud, praying the High Court to summon and punish the respondents herein for willful violation and disobedience of the orders passed in W.P.No.1192l of 2024 dated 30.04.2024;

AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Raman Goud, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the Respondents herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admiued'
