WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through their Advocate M/s. AVADESH NARAYANA SANGHI presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondent insisting the Writ Petitioners to sign on the contract form for continuance in service as wholly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and voilative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to continue the petitioners on the same terms and conditions and to regularize their services as per the scheme to be formulated by the respondent bank service in the interest of justice.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. AVADESH NARAYANA SANGHI, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;

You viz:

are directed to show cause on or before 11.07.2022 to which date the case stands posted as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

IA NO: 1 OF 2022

Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to continue the services of the Writ Petitioners since they are working for several years without insisting them to sign on a contract form, pending disposal of Writ Petition No.28129 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
