WRIT PETITION NO : 929 of 2005

ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the petitioners have questioned the validity of the order dated 6-10-2004, by which, the licence granted to the petitioners under Toddy For Tappers scheme was suspended pending enquiry.

This Court by order dated 28-1-2005 granted interim suspension of impugned order dated 6-10-2004 and the same was extended until further orders by order 24-8-2005 and the said order is still continuing.

As much as the very impugned order is an order of suspension pending enquiry, I dispose of the Writ Petition directing the

respondents to complete the enquiry, if not already completed, and pass appropriate orders by giving opportunity to the petitioners. Interim suspension granted by this Court shall be continued till conclusion of the enquiry, if not already concluded.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
