ORDER :
Sri M.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the writ petition, since the amount deposited by the petitioner towards the tentative cost of the house was also returned. He, however, submits that the petitioner be given liberty to make a fresh representation for allotment of an alternative house with a direction to the respondents to consider the same.
In view of the said representation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation and if any such representation is made, respondents may consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. No costs.
