ORDER:
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents implemented the orders passed by this Court dated 10.03.2023 in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.6535 of 2023 on 01.08.2023 and rejection orders issued, thereby, the cause of action does not survive and no further orders required to be passed in this matter.
$2.$ $\mathbf{I}$ $\mathbf{n}$ view of the aforementioned submission, this Contempt Case is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to question the rejection orders in appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs
$3.$ Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
