Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an Order, direction or a Writ or more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the impugned orders of the Respondent in TS/HYD/72643/P.D.Cell-III/T-1A/2019/629 dated 18.06.2019 passed under section 14B of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (the Act) as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and is unenforceable.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuance to the orders of the Respondent in TS/HYD/72643/P.D.Cell-III/T-1A/2019/629 dated 18.06.2019 pending disposal of the WP.No.19629 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.KOKA SATYANARAYANA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri.T.Balaji, standing counsel for Respondent, the Court made the following.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Sri.T.Balaji, learned standing counsel takes notice for respondent and seeks time to file counter.

There shall be interim stay on condition of deposit of 50% of the demanded amount.

Post after four weeks in motion list for counter.
