This revision is filed aggrieved by the orders dated 25-03-2006 passed in I.A.No.38 of 2005 in O.S.No.998 of 1994, on the file of I Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad in dismissing the aforesaid application filed by the petitioners herein, who are the plaintiffs, under Section 5 of Limitation Act to condone the delay of 2824 days in filing the aforesaid application.

On 10-3-2011, as none appeared when the matter came up for hearing, it was posted to next week. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the revision is dismissed for nonprosecution.

No costs.
