Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not regularising the service of the petitioners with effect from their initial appointment as wholly illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners form the date of their initial appointment i.e., 1-2-1984 and 6-2-1984 and pass such other order or orders as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
