AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S DSB LAW FIRM, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to respondent herein to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted;
