WHEREAS the petitioner has presented the Contempt Case under Sections l0 to ¹² of the Contempt of Courts Act,797l, through his counsel Sri P.Venkateshwar Rao, praying the High Court to summon the respondents and punish them severely for willfully violating the Orders passed on 19-07-2023 in W.P.No.43082 of 2022;

AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Venkateshwar Rao, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the Respondents herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof,, the said case should not be admitted;
