WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections l0 to 12 of the Cor.rternpt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through her counsel Sri Snkanth Kaveti, praying the t{igh Court to punish the respondents herein fbr willful and cleliberate violation of the orders of this Hon'ble Coufi dated 12-07-2017 passed in W.P. No. 19261 of 2016;

WHEREAS tl.re said case coming on fbr orders as to adrnission on this day; and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit flled therein, and upon hearing the argurrents olSri Srikanth Kaveti, Advocate for the petrtioner, made the follorving;

ORDER:

"The Contenrpt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on thc part of the respondents in complying with the Ordcr dated 12,07.2017 passed by this Court in W.P,No. 19261 of 2016 rvithin four *ceks from thc datc of receipt of a copl of thc ordcr.

Vide the aforesaid ordcr, this Court directcd the rcspond€nts to complv }\ith the order dated 19.02.2015 in O.A.No. 6509 of 2013 passed by the Tribunal in lettcr and spirit.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Order datcd 12.07.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 19261 of 2016 has yct not been complied with.

A Shorv Cause Notice against the respondents be issued as to \r'h),contempt proceedings may not be initiated against them and thcY may not convicted in accordance \1 ith thc provisions contemplated under Sections l0 to l2 of thc Contempt of Courts Act.

It is nrade clear that by the ncxt datc of hearing if respondent Nos.l to .l rvill not comply u'ith thc ordcr dated 12.07.2017 passed b1' this Court thc-Y shall file an affidavit explaining the reasons thereof and shall also pcrsonally rentain present before this Court on the next date of hearing.
