WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Mr. KHAJA MOINUDDIN presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking steps for removal of illegal and unauthorized construction of boundary wall by encroaching the petitioner's land covered by Plot No.21 admeasuring 202.22 Sq. Yards in Sy.No.128 in the L.P.No.48 of 2000 situated at Motkar Laxma Reddy Colony, Palla Buzurg of Narayanapet Town and Mandal, Narayanapet District inspite of receipt of the petitioner's complaint Dt: 13.07.2021 and not taking steps for demolition of the illegal boundary wall raised by the 6th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also against the provisions of Municipalities Act and against Articles 14, 19 and 300A of the Constitution of India.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. KHAJA MOINUDDIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of respondent No.4, directed issue notice to Respondent No.6 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
