Respondents
WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate M/S.SANJEEV GILLELA presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare in action of the respondent No.2 not considering the complaint / representation of the petitioner dated 29/7/2021 for cancel the building permission of unofficial respondent No.6 vide building permission No.1/C21/04877/2019, dated 23/03/2019 and not to issue Occupancy certificate for the Plot Nos.16, 17, 18 and 19 part total extent of 798.13 Sq.meters in survey No.27/AA of Guttalabegumpet village, Serlingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District which is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to GHMC Act.;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANJEEV GILLELA Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the 6<sup>th</sup> Respondent herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
You viz:
M. Satish Reddy, S/o. M.Anantharam Reddy, R/o. H.No.3-6-361/23, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad-29.
are directed to show cause on or before 14.09.2021 to which date the case stands posted as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
