Petition under Section 440 R/W 482 of Crl.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated therewith, the High Court will be pleased to modify the orders of M.S.J, Cyberabad in Crl.MP.No.32/07, dt. 12-1-07 by reducing the surety amount from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.5,000/- regarding the petitioner/Accused No.6 herein in harmony with on par with the amount so imposed in respect of Accused NO.1 in connection with Cr.No.1468/06 of the respondent on the file of IX M.M., Cyberabad.

The Court made the following ORDER:

"The petitioner was granted bail earlier by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- together with two sureties each in a likesum.

The petitioner filed this petition seeking reduction of the bond and surety amount on the ground that he is a poor man.

In the circumstances the bond and surety amount is reduced to Rs.5,000/- instead of Rs.10,000/- to be executed by the petitioner within one week from today.

The petition is accordingly ordered."
