WHEREAS the petitioners have presented the Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through their counsel Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, praying the High Court to punish the respondents herein for willful and intentional disobedience of the order dated 27.12.2023 in W.P.No.34789/2023;

AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, Advocate for the petitioners, directed issuance of notice to the Respondents herein, returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted:
