The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the memo of grounds filed herein support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 22.03.2002 made in Crl.MP No.1476 of 2002 and upon hearing the arguments of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following :

ORDER:

"No representation on behalf of the appellant. Even on earlier occasions also, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant vide proceedings dated 17.01.07 and 12.02.07. The appellant has been on bail as per orders of this Court dated 22.3.2002 passed in Crl.MP No.1476/2002. The conduct of the appellant in not proceeding with the appeal does not deserve him to be continued on bail. Hence, bail granted to the appellant on 22.03.2002 as per orders in Crl.MP No.1476/2002 is cancelled. The trial Court is directed to issue NBW against the appellant herein. On execution of the NBW, he shall be committed to prison to serve the sentence of imprisonment.
