Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Perusal of the record would reveal that the
"petitioner herein is the sole accused in C.C. No.954
of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil
Judge, Miryalaguda. The learned II Additional
Junior Civil Judge vide judgment dated 07.05.2018
found the petitioner herein guilty of the offence
under Section – 498 A of the Indian Penal Code
and also under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition
Act in the said C.C. and accordingly convicted and
sentenced him to undergo simple imprisonment for
a period of one year and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/-
for the offence under Section 498 A and sentenced
to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six
months and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- for the
offence under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

sentence, the petitioner herein preferred appeal vide

Crl.A.No.102 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda, and the learned Appellate Court vide judgment dated 11.03.2022 dismissed the appeal confirming the conviction and sentence of imprisonment imposed by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge for the said offence. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner herein has filed the present revision.

Under the above circumstances, the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner accused by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge in C.C. No.954 of 2013 and as confirmed by the learned Appellate Court in Crl.A.No.102 of 2018 alone is hereby suspended and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda, within a period of one week from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Court shall release the petitioner on bail, on his executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to its satisfaction.
