Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to QUASH the FIR No.337/2021 of P.S.Shadnagar, Cyberabad under Section - 420 of IPC as the same is untenable either on facts or under law.

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to STAY all further proceedings pursuant to FIR No.337/2021 of P.S.Shadnagar, Cyberabad under Section - 420 of IPC including arrest of Petitioners pending disposal of the main Criminal Petition.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N PANDAIAH Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and none appeared for the Respondent No.2.

In view of the aforesaid development, question of quashing the 6 first information report at this stage may not arise. However, it is open to the petitioners to question the legality and validity of the charge sheet in appropriate proceeding, if so advised.
