WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI M DAMODAR REDDY presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein,the High Court may be pleased to call for the records of the order dated 09-05-2024 in Tr. O.P. No.4/2O23 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Wanaparthy in transferring O.S. No.508/2022 from Principal Junior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy to the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy to try along with O.S. No.19/2019 and same may be set aside and consequently dismiss Tr. -C.P. No.4/2023;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M DAMODAR REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
