Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim Stay of the all further proceedings Judgment and Decree passed in the Original Suit No. 313 of 2005, Dated 27th day of February, 2017 on the file of the XIV Addl Chief Judge, (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad pending disposal of the AS No. 686 of 2018, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

Notice to the respondent. Personal service is permitted. Post on 27.06.2018.

Pending further orders, there shall be stay of execution of judgment and decree, dated 27.02.2017 in O.S.No.313 of 2005 on the file of learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, subject to the applicants/appellants depositing to the credit of the aforementioned suit before the Court below, costs and 50% of the decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon till date, within a period of six weeks from today.
