WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate SRI A KRUPADHAR REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not paying the compensation for the lands acquired for digging a canal under package 3 Distributary of Sripada Yellampally Project in terms of notification issued lapse of ore than 3 years even after request made by the petitioners on 6.8.2019 as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and is in violation of articles 14,19,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of Indian and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioners forthwith;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit/memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI A KRUPADHAR REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
