WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri NARASIMHA RAO ANANTHULA, presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of lndia, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to aggrieved by the non-disposal of the Suit bearing O.S.No.70/2013 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Suryapet, though the Suit is of the year 2013, the present Revision is being filed for the following among other grounds, seeking a direction to the Senior Civil Judge at Suryapet;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri NARASIMHA RAO ANANTHULA, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVI REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
