ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the conditional order dated 26.9.2012 passed in Crl.M.P.No.683/2012 in Crl.Appeal No.503/2012 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad to the extent of direction to deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- while suspending the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Judgment dated 11.9.2012 in C.C.No.293 of 2011 on the file of the VIII Special Magistrate, L.B.Nagar at Hastinapuram, R.R.District.

The petitioner was convicted by the trial Court for the offences punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one year and also to pay fine of Rs.19,30,000/-, in default, of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months. Therefore, considering the fine amount of Rs.19,30,000/-, condition of depositing Rs.2.00 lakhs can not be said to be onerous. However, considering the facts and circumstances, time to deposit the said amount is extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
